164,429 Counterfeit Goods were Seized in Bangkok 

          On 7th February 2018, officers from the DIP, Tha Kham Metropolitan Police Station, Samaedam Metropolitan Police Station,  Internal Security Operations Command and a representative of foreign brand owners inspected at 119/75 Casa Ville Village, Samaedum Sub-district, Bangkuntien District, Bangkok and 49  Soi Phetkasem 69, Nong Khang Phlu Sub-district, Nong Khaem District,  Bangkok. From the inspection, the officers found two infringing activities and arrested two suspects. 164,429 counterfeit spirits, empty boxes, holograms, stamps, wine caps, stickers, block screens, wine corks and wines that copied trademarks including Red Label, Black Label, Moet Hennessy, King Power, Bin 389, Penfolds, Diageo, Johnnie Walker, Blue Label, Johnnie Walker Red, Johnnie Walker Gold and Gold Reserved were seized.
