| 7 | Form 001-Kor Patent/Petty Patent Application (1 original document/ 1 copy) 2. The sub-permission contract (original document) shall be presented to the official for inspection. The official shall return the original contract to the applicant and keep its copy. |
| 8 | The petty patent/patent right transferring contract (1 original document/ 1 copy) |
| 9 | The last will (1 original document/ 1 copy), in case the applicant inherits the patent/petty patent. |
| 10 | The court’s order, the final judgment or the last will indicating the appointment of heritage executive (1 original document/ 1 copy), in case the applicant is the heritage executive. |
| 11 | Death Certificate or other evidence of death of the patent/petty patent owner (1 original document/ 1 copy), in case the applicant is a lawful inheriting heir. |
