Sellers of fake goods arrested at Chatuchak Weekend Market

 

          The DIP and the Metropolitan Police Bureau jointly established the Intellectual Property Enforcement Center (IPEC) at Chatuchak Weekend Market. The Chatuchak Weekend Market IPEC is now in full operation, and those who find any IPR infringement activities can notify the Center promply.

 

          From 2nd to 15th August 2017 , the DIP officials inspected Chatuchak Market in order to suppress the selling of counterfeit goods. Two sellers of counterfeit products were arrested and 162 fake shoes were seized
