The DIP inspected MBK Shopping Mall (MBK)

On 25th December 2017, officers from the DIP, the Economic Crime Suppression Division and a representative of foreign brand owners inspected different zones at MBK Mall. From the inspection, the officials found three infringing activities and arrested three suspects. 550 counterfeit shoes, shirts, trousers and bags that copied trademarks including Gucci and Christian Louboutin were seized.

The DIP and police officers have stationed at the Intellectual Property Enforcement Center (IPEC) on the ground floor and the 6thfloor of MBK Mall. Those who find any IPR infringement activities can notify the officers promptly.
