Arrested 1 Seller and Seized 44 Fake Items
From 2nd to 3rd September 2017, the DIP officials conducted inspections at Chatuchak Weekend Market. From the inspections, the officials found an infringing activity and a seller was arrested. Fake Gucci, Bottega Veneta, MCM, CHANEL, Louis Vuitton, KENZO, Givenchy and Goyard shoes, bags, shirts and trousers in a total of 44 were seized.
The Intellectual Property Enforcement Center (IPEC) at Chatuchak Weekend Market is now in full operation, and those who find any IPR violations can notify the center promptly.
