335,933 Counterfeit Goods Seized in Bangkok Metropolitan Area
From 24th to 26th November 2017, the DIP, the Economic Crime Suppression Division and representatives of foreign brand owners inspected different shopping areas in Bangkok. From the inspections the officials found three infringing activities and arrested seven suspects. 335,933 counterfeit shirts, trousers, banners, fabrics and fabric rolls that copied trademarks including Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Balenciaga, Nike and Adidas were seized at Bobae Tower and the Clothing Factory located in Saimai District.
